It seems like every Panera bread I go to the staff are all rude. The girl with the long purple hair was very rude. I went to pick up an online order, she didn't greet me just asked what name I was waiting for, I told her and she just pushed my food to me and walked off. They need to train on customer service. When you have staff that act like this the management must be the same. You lead by example. Hire new managers. I'm done with Panera Bread.

I’ve been to many different locations of Panera Bread , but Eastvale locations is my favorite. The store is very clean, the staff are friendly, and best of all they make the best cold brew compared to another location .
A great place for breakfast on the go, sandwiches selections and very nice soup and salads, it’s a good option when you do not want to think twice, also the bakery is good and is always fresh, they have coffee and nice refreshing drinks too

Place is filthy, floors sticky, all the greasy fingerprints and smears on the front door
Paid $11 for a smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and it had practically no meat. If im paying $11 for chicken and bread my sandwich better be full of it.

The store is filthy! No one has cleaned the dining room, tables are not wiped, trash on the floor around trash areas and trash bins full. The restrooms are the worst I've ever seen. No toilet paper in two of the three stalls and toilet seat covers stuffed so full that there are large pieces all over the floor. No soap in the bathrooms also. Food was okay nothing to brag about. They were out of several breads and cookies.

Wow, customer service is really getting worse! There is a manager named Joyce who is grossly unprofessional and rude. She heckles customers by laughing at them with other coworkers, just for reminding her that return customers whose order was made incorrectly deserves a polite apology and not interrogation. If food was not made with key ingredients like the protein, a customer pays and brings back the receipt with the unfinished product and also alerted the store as soon as I got home. I was told that they would note it and that I should bring it back at any time, there should not be a rude inquisition. This very unpleasant, unnecessary, and unprofessional experience happened in front of my kids!!! Her treatment was so embarrassing.
. This manager was even aware of the note that was left for her by the previous manager, but chose to use “politics of the ridiculous” to make stupid inquiry. She even delayed the customer s behind me for no reason.
I had the receipt and product with me. It was so weird and unprofessional. Classless person! I’ve been so busy I know that corporate should hear about this. That’s how rude and ridiculous she was. She should not be a manager. I don’t feel comfortable with that particular Panera. People are sleeping on the job forgetting simple and important parts of the food and managers being unnecessarily rude and crude. Wow!!! It was bizarre.
The food is getting worse. It’s not worth it. That kitchen area looks deplorable even. I was even afraid that she would contaminate my other order for the kids because I admonished her. I had to check and keep an eye on her. That is how wretched she presented herself. When chanced I will call corporate.

Waited a while on the drive thru line, and i wasn’t even given a receipt. I ended up getting a refund but the manager wasn’t even polite or generous enough to compensate you with a free meal for the lost time. Never spending a dime at this place again
