Wow, customer service is really getting worse! There is a manager named Joyce who is grossly unprofessional and rude. She heckles customers by laughing at them with other coworkers, just for reminding her that return customers whose order was made incorrectly deserves a polite apology and not interrogation. If food was not made with key ingredients like the protein, a customer pays and brings back the receipt with the unfinished product and also alerted the store as soon as I got home. I was told that they would note it and that I should bring it back at any time, there should not be a rude inquisition. This very unpleasant, unnecessary, and unprofessional experience happened in front of my kids!!! Her treatment was so embarrassing.
. This manager was even aware of the note that was left for her by the previous manager, but chose to use “politics of the ridiculous” to make stupid inquiry. She even delayed the customer s behind me for no reason.
I had the receipt and product with me. It was so weird and unprofessional. Classless person! I’ve been so busy I know that corporate should hear about this. That’s how rude and ridiculous she was. She should not be a manager. I don’t feel comfortable with that particular Panera. People are sleeping on the job forgetting simple and important parts of the food and managers being unnecessarily rude and crude. Wow!!! It was bizarre.
The food is getting worse. It’s not worth it. That kitchen area looks deplorable even. I was even afraid that she would contaminate my other order for the kids because I admonished her. I had to check and keep an eye on her. That is how wretched she presented herself. When chanced I will call corporate.

Waited a while on the drive thru line, and i wasn’t even given a receipt. I ended up getting a refund but the manager wasn’t even polite or generous enough to compensate you with a free meal for the lost time. Never spending a dime at this place again

I love Panera, but for some reason at this location, there always seems to be something wrong with my order. Today I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese and the bacon was very burnt.

3rd time they send my chicken salad without chicken. And never answer the complaint line
Best place for some comfy food! Favorite: chicken Chipotle Avocado melt with a potato soup 🍲 😋 everything is delicious 😋

I wish Panera had more bagel options. They used to have so much before. They do have more sandwiches available for lunch and their soups are avail earlier than before.
I always order the soup in a bread bowl which is their popular item. Their coffee choices are good.

Best Panera I've Went Too, I Came Here On New Years Day Bought A Bowl Of Soup & A Smoothie, My Smoothie Was Delicious And So Was My Go Too Soup Which Is The Chicken & Wild Rice Only Thing Was I Received A Cup Instead Of A Bowl Of Soup. I Called The Store & Spoke With Ian The Manager And He
Assured Me That If I Came Back In I'd Receive The Bowl I Paid For On The House. Being That I Live 30 Min Away I Told Him I'd Stop By Once I Got Off Work The Next Day 1/2/24. I Came In Today And Was Greeted By Kate, She Reassured Me That I'd Be Taken Care Of And That She Was Sorry I Got The Wrong Size. Her Generosity Really Was So Sweet & Down To Earth, She Really Knows What Shes Talking About When It Comes To Her Job ! I Received My Bowl Along With A Free Complimentary Pastry For The Inconvenience. Thank You Panera For Treating Your Customer Like A Priority ! It Doesn't Go Un Noticed ! I Will Happily Be Returning !! Thank You Again Ian, Kate & The Rest Of The Panera Team !
