I keep going before work hoping it won't be 10 to 15 mins in the drivethrough, literally. Mind you, this is with only 1 to 2 cars ahead. My suggestion- don't go here if you are pressed for time in the morning.
UPDATE: Sitting in drive thru for 17 minutes. Only 5 cars. I am STILL waiting.

CONSISTENCY GETTING MY ORDER WRONG AND TAKE FOREVER TOO! i ordered a hot sandwich and gave me something else completely different and when they corrected it, it came to me cold and it’s a half. how do you remake me a new sandwich that’s supposed to be hot and it’s cold? please hire workers who can follow simple directions

Spare yourself and avoid going to this location on a Sunday. The staff on this day is remarkably slow, you’ll spend 10-20min in the drive through line, orders are not exact. I’ve asked for extra sauce on my panini to having zero sauce on it, almost as if the preparer didn’t read the modification notes on the order. During the week it’s much better in food quality and service time. BUT AVOID THE SUNDAY CREW, THEY'RE NOT QUICK NOR COMPETENT.

it’s really disappointing especially when i just want something quick and easy on the go that the drive thru takes AT LEAST 15-20 minutes with only three cars in the drive thru they really need to work on speed and efficiency PLEASEEEEE IM BEGGING i js want soup not to mention they’re not the friendliest

I absolutely love coming here to each lunch, dinner, or breaks fast. I have to say, bring your own water if you don’t plan on ordering drinks! You have to pay for water. Besides that, I absolutely love their tomatoe soup. Their sandwiches are also very delicious! You order on a kiosk and then get a buzzer. When it rings, you go to a little pickup station and get your food in trays. Their bowls also look cool! Their bread bowls are made out of sourdough, just a heads up. Definitely recommend coming here for sure!!!

It seems like every Panera bread I go to the staff are all rude. The girl with the long purple hair was very rude. I went to pick up an online order, she didn't greet me just asked what name I was waiting for, I told her and she just pushed my food to me and walked off. They need to train on customer service. When you have staff that act like this the management must be the same. You lead by example. Hire new managers. I'm done with Panera Bread.

I’ve been to many different locations of Panera Bread , but Eastvale locations is my favorite. The store is very clean, the staff are friendly, and best of all they make the best cold brew compared to another location .

A great place for breakfast on the go, sandwiches selections and very nice soup and salads, it’s a good option when you do not want to think twice, also the bakery is good and is always fresh, they have coffee and nice refreshing drinks too
