“This review is specifically about an experience today (May 2nd around 11:03–11:07 PM). I’ve always enjoyed Taco Bell, the food and overall service are usually great, which is why I’m still giving 4 stars.
One thing I always do when ordering is round up my total for donation. It’s something I genuinely like doing every time. it’s just a small amount, but it goes toward a good cause. Usually, the staff asks if I’d like to round up to the nearest dollar.
However, this time, I was not asked at all. I didn’t think much of it at the moment, but later I checked and saw that the donation/round-up option is still part of Taco Bell’s policy. It was disappointing that I wasn’t given the option this time.
This may seem like a small thing, but for someone who values contributing, it matters. Hoping the staff can be more consistent in offering this option moving forward.
Overall still a good experience, just a bit disappointed with this part.“
