Wabi Sabi Sushi Bar & Ramen Reviews
Curry was extremely bland and watery. Won't order that again. Sushi was very good and sashimi good. Pork cutlet was meh...needs improved
Very good service.Very good sushi. We‘ll come back!
I'm so disappointed came to this WABISABI thinking 🤔 it was going to be good as the one in Rancho Cucamonga. I'm sorry but it was a mistake. They don't have TEPPAN GRILL. The fried rice was loaded with soy sauce, the meat had too much black pepper. The crunch roll had too much teriyaki.

Wabi Sabi Sushi Bar & Ramen offers a pleasant dining experience in a clean and modern environment. The service is generally good, with attentive staff who can handle large groups promptly. The restaurant's menu features a variety of options, including sushi and Japanese cuisine. Many customers have enjoyed the quality of the food, especially the sushi. Several reviews mention the bar seating, where the sushi chef and owner greet and remember regulars, creating a friendly atmosphere. Popular dishes include salmon sashimi, the crunchy roll with shrimp tempura, crab, ahi sashimi, salmon sashimi, and avocado, as well as the steak and shrimp combo, which offers generous portions. Customers appreciate the flavorful dishes and the ability to take leftovers home. However, some items like the mixed tempura have been described as not very crispy, and certain rolls, such as the Kami Kaza, contain imitation crab, which some diners dislike. Overall, Wabi Sabi remains a favorite spot in Eastvale, known for its good food and quick service at the bar, making it a reliable choice for sushi and Japanese cuisine.
