This place is the best. Yari makes top-shelf personalized ice-cream cakes. Not only are the cakes the cutest, they’re also delicious! Can’t recommend this place enough.

I’m honestly shocked at how badly Vanessa and Hilda handled something as simple as serving ice cream. The portions were sloppy, the scoops fell apart, and they acted like they didn’t even want to be there. It felt rushed and careless, like they were just trying to get rid of me instead of actually serving a customer.
For a place that’s supposed to make people happy, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I’ve never seen service this unprofessional at an ice cream shop.

Man, I had the worst time at this Baskin Robbins. Those two employees, Vanessa and Hilda, were really rude to me and my younger bro. He was just all excited running around asking about the various flavors, like any kid would, yet instead of being laid back or accommodating, they completely snapped at him and made him feel super uneasy. It got so bad that he even broke down crying, which completely ruined what should've been a special treat.
Getting ice cream should totally be a fun time, but the way we were treated was just plain rude and not cool at all. I really hope the management takes care of this because no one—especially kids—should feel like that in a place like Baskin Robbins.

Adriana is the worst employee I’ve ever come across. She had her AirPods in while serving me and the attitude she gave was unreal, rolling her eyes, disrespectful and just acted really annoyed to even be there. Zero effort and zero care for her job. To make my experience even more unbearable, she talks in this super annoying squeaky voice. She’s lazy and makes the whole store look bad. I definitely won’t be coming back whenever she’s working.

worst customer service 🙄i order 4 cakes a year the last one was on December 10 2024 , always the same 2 whole sheets one vanilla with the reckless ice cream and the other one chocolate with coconut pineapple ice cream they put them together and they decorated them, well i went in today and they told me they can't do that that they never have 🙄🙄🙄 I've been getting the same thing since my twin grandkids turn one now there 13 , at different stores spring valley on , la mesa , and this is the 3rd year in el cajon, well i thought this was going to be the 3rd year but the girl that was there today said they don't do that , she call the manager and both said they can't do it. even that I have the receipt and the text of the girl that call me to confirm the colors.

Baskin-Robbins is always a fun stop. Great variety of flavors, and the ice cream is consistently tasty and fresh. The staff is usually friendly and patient while we sample or decide, which I appreciate. My only small complaint is the prices feel a little high for the portion sizes. Overall though, it’s a great spot for a treat and worth coming back to.

I got service from a girl named Hilda I can just say I will not be coming back after that. She was very rude and shallow. I personally care a lot about service and I would come from the service I normally get but this time I didn’t appreciate it at all.
