I’m very disappointed with the customer service I got today. I usually get amazing service from Raquel and Adriana. I got service from a girl named Hilda I can just say I will not be coming back after that. She was very rude and shallow. I personally care a lot about service and I would come from the service I normally get but this time I didn’t appreciate it at all.
I love Raquel she was the best, loved her customer service. She was so sweet and wasted no time helping us and making sure we were satisfied. I’ve had only bad experiences with other workers except Raquel and the little short girl Adriana
Adriana been an outstanding worker at this ice cream shop. She consistently bring a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. Whether it’s scooping with speed and precision during rush hours or helping customers with a smile, she handle every task with care and professionalism. Her ability to work efficiently while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Thank you ADRIANA for making my kids & family happy.
We went here for ice cream once and met this wonderful employee beamed Vanessa who told me I can order cakes there and she would her best to make them as similar to what I want them and so far she has been amazing she has done awesome with the cakes communication is always easy she responds fast and is always super sweet she deserves a mega raise !!!

I love this ice cream shop. Even though it’s far away I never go anywhere else because of the employees. Raquel always does my cakes for my birthday each year and I love them! Plus the girls are fun to talk to and they provide the best service. Raquel always takes amazing care of us. Vanessa and Hilda are so welcoming. Adriana is fun and energetic. All are fun to talk to. I visit as much as possible.

I asked for a pineapple topping and nuts,the girl put it half on my ice cream, not even on all,they don't let you use the restroom, because its not public restroom, you said thank you, not even an answer,definitely not returning

The quality of this Baskin has gone way downhill. I've gone here for the last 20 years or so and will definitely go less if at all. The strawberry sauce is not good. At all. We placed an order on the app and they didn't pack half the order so we had to go back. My son went and didn't check the bag before he left. He really shouldn't have to. Especially when we spent 50 dollars on 6 ice creams. The app itself isn't their fault but the app sucks too. Hopefully the quality gets better or you use better products. The people are usually kind. You have your onesie twosies who have a bit of a snotty attitude. The ice cream itself is decent. I just don't recommend getting the strawberry sauce. They don't give you whip cream when you order through the app. It's not an option.

Usually dont write reviews but i had too on this one. Had came in to get ice cream and when i came in the store smelt and looked dirty. Floors looked like they werent cleaned for months. Flies in the ice cream cabinets. There was this one girl in the back doing cakes with glasses that just kept looking at me. Nonethless, a fat wavy hair colored eyed girl helped me and she seemed annoyed. Called owner to complain but no answer. Wont ever come back to this ratchet location again.

I went to this location yesterday at around 2pm excited to use my birthday scoop email. After selecting a flavor and ready to check out, the female associate scanned the qr code, but said it was only good for yesterday. She said, oh I'm sorry. It was an awkward moment of silence. In all the years I've been in customer service, I would've still honored it. I hope she ate that 1 scoop of ice-cream.
The customer service over there are the worst. Unfortunately I ordered a birthday cake and they didn’t do it correctly, and instead of refunding and making it up for me, they told me either to take cake and leave or refund only. They were so rude and mean, they sabotage my baby 1st birthday.
