I would strongly advise avoiding Parkway Boardwalk. The environment is far from professional — both staff and customers are frequently intoxicated, and the atmosphere reflects it.

What’s worse, there’s a disturbing culture among certain staff members, with inappropriate behavior and sexual innuendo that has no place in a public business. Inside talk and “codes” like “no cheese” reportedly mean no tip, showing a blatant disregard for customers.

Update (7 months later): Parkway Boardwalk somehow got worse. After over a year of ‘remodeling,’ the place still looks half-finished like they ran out of money and motivation at the same time — but don’t worry, the prices definitely went up.

The staff are even ruder now, and the few good employees they had either quit or got pushed out. The kitchen still feels like it’s running on caffeine, bad decisions, and whatever’s going on out back during those very frequent...read full review

I love doing my kids birthday parties here, been coming here for over 20 years , I also love the half price games on Tuesdays it’s awesome … my daughter loves the frog hopper …and the coaster the most
