The food has always been great, but lately the service is horrible “what can I get you?” Was the first and only greeting we got. We informed them that it was an app order and she said “come to the window”. We understand rush hours, lunch hours, etc, but this was at 7:45pm, well past the dinner rush on a Thursday. Maybe it was a long day for her, but she seemed incredibly annoyed, making us feel like we did something wrong. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe the employees are overworked or the restaurant is severely unstaffed because I know that is a common thing, but if that’s the case you are risking of losing patrons due to bad customer service because your employees are unhappy. Now we are unhappy, peeved, and saddened that what we once thought was the best Carl’s Jr in east county is now the worst.

I frequent this Carls Jr location and I always receive great customer service and fresh, hot and delicious food. I especially appreciate the drive thru service I have received from employee Rosie, it is always professional and courteous. Rosie is a very pleasant person and always speaks clearly and gets my order fast and accurately. You can tell she's a hard worker and cares about the customers satisfaction. I definitely like coming to this location and will continue to do so because my son loves the chicken stars from Carl's Jr. Thank you all for your hard work.

I had a very pleasant experience in the drive through today thanks to Rosie! She was very patient with me and was overall super helpful. She completed my order perfectly, all with a wonderful smile! Thank you so much Rosie!

Worst customer service and has the laziest employees! Monica literally flips the screen around so you can make your own order ON THEIR WORK SCREEN. Super confusing and not everything was understandable. She had the worst attitude when asked for help and was just mad at everything. Idk why anyone would have her as an employee, she’s the worst

She has a terrible attitude and no service.
Walked in and she has people using the screen designed for the workers to order their own food.
You can even write in your own name , how lazy.
Rude and snarky , has everyone else doing her job.
Asked her if ranch was extra I’m willing to pay for it , she said she only has 1 left. It’s 6pm you have 1 packet of ranch for the rest of the day or just lazy as hell?

If I can give this place a 0 I would the most disrespectful customer service ever didn’t give me the food through the window had me walk all the way inside when I was already in the drive through and on top of that forgot some things in my order made me drive all the way back totally unprofessional do better!
