I picked up an order, and the restaurant did not have a drink carrier available. I had four drinks along with a food bag, which made everything difficult to carry. When I asked about a drink carrier, the employee said they did not have any and did not offer any help. Better preparation and basic assistance would improve the customer experience.

Stopped by got the BYOB meals for lunch . So just used the drive thru they did a great job food was perfect . It didn't take long yo get the food used the moblie app. For the price this meal is only 5.99 no drink but comes with fires or fried zucchini. Or onion rings. Chicken stars and a burger or chicken sandwich or cheese burger. ..
I would recommend this restaurant and food. I be back thank you

The Latino lady was rude and controlling. I walked in to pay for my client's food with her card. As soon as she came to the register, two in store customers began complaining about how long it is taking to get their food. Then, when I went to pay, I was told to manually enter my card number onto the keypad. I didn't expect this as I didn't have my glasses on me so I couldn't see the numbers. Then I got scared because I have never had a business ask me to enter my card number when the card has a chip. Plus, there were other pay points on the counter. So, I didn't feel safe and I went to another business nearby.

Coco was super nice and attentive to my needs and I felt like we had similar values. I'm not sure about the other workers, but she is great 👍🏽💯 nicer than several other fast food drive thrus who are rude or pushing you down the line or avoidant. It was refreshing to experience a better human experience here because of her. And the zucchini famous star no cheese no mayo and waffle fries and frozen lemons were good. I went for the beying but since this is less processed I actually liked it a lot. Lol the fried part also helped. 😜✨🙂💜 Thank you!

The food has always been great, but lately the service is horrible “what can I get you?” Was the first and only greeting we got. We informed them that it was an app order and she said “come to the window”. We understand rush hours, lunch hours, etc, but this was at 7:45pm, well past the dinner rush on a Thursday. Maybe it was a long day for her, but she seemed incredibly annoyed, making us feel like we did something wrong. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe the employees are overworked or the restaurant is severely unstaffed because I know that is a common thing, but if that’s the case you are risking of losing patrons due to bad customer service because your employees are unhappy. Now we are unhappy, peeved, and saddened that what we once thought was the best Carl’s Jr in east county is now the worst.
