Waited for 15 minutes in the store this Saturday night, only to be told they ran out of chocolate chip cookies, and it would be 20-25 minutes until their next batch was ready. The 2 employees seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than communicating with the 20+ customers who were growing visibly more impatient as each minute ticked by. Far from a positive experience…

The best very nice staff and fast
Ordered two large cookies. I stood there waiting for about 3 minutes supposedly as they heated up my cookies maybe?... Walked out with two cold cookies for $10.00.
Rancho location, you can do better.
This is my local crumble and I love it so much crumble is the best every single week there is at least one cookie that’s 10/10

It wasn't as good as I hoped. The workers barely talked at all, and there was a difficult to use system of using tablets to order then using another tablet to pay
