We just had our daughter's Quinceanera this past weekend here. Our whole experience with the owner and Tonee was the best. They were so helpful with everything and very Respectfull. Any time we had a question about anything they were very fast with responding and helping out. Tonee went above and beyond with his decor. Everything was so beautifully done. All my guests loved and thought Everything was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hall and would book another event with them.

I strongly advise against using this venue for any event. If you're looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience, this is absolutely not the place. The owner and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. The decor is of poor quality and looks cheap, and the venue itself is shockingly dirty. The restrooms, in particular, are in deplorable condition and have an unbearable odor.

I hired Tony for two separate events, and both times he was a huge disappointment. He is dishonest, and while you might think you're saving money by hiring him, you'll quickly realize you aren't—and you'll deeply regret the decision. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable, professional venue and team for your event.

The manager promised to provide us with the groom room but at the wedding night didn’t provide it and was so rude and disrespectful towards us, I don’t recommend it

We recently had the unfortunate experience of booking wedding at this hotel. And i must say it was utterly disappointing with those unprofessional staff. They couldn’t even get our reservation details right. I highly recommend don’t waste your money on this poorly managed establishment.

I just mentioned that its the worst place for events because the manger of this hotel behave very rude with all customers. The stuff is very disrespectful that you can't even talk with them. Their service is very limited. At first i had a lot of trust on them because they make you think that their service is very best but it was all lie.

Rude owners Tony and his dad they have no professionalism in business the rudest people on Earth I would never make a business with such people don’t come here

Horrible customer service from the owner we had a party the other day but the owner had some attitude and using bad words I will kick you out or bla bla….I don’t recommend them at all as it’s like wasting your time and money and end up disappointed? again a very bad owner and some attitude problems ?????
