Somewhat hidden gem in El Cajon. A simple menu with well prepared items. It seems to be the reason everything on the menu is well done. A definite notch above the typical taco shop found anywhere in San Diego.For example, order a carne asada burrito and you will get authentically seasoned beef, tender, cut in near identical pieces, with gristle and extra fat removed. They got our order wrong because they left out our rolled tacos. But the deliciousness made up for the mistake maybe because we came in 45 minutes before closing but it's all good.
