I’ve been living in El Cajon for over a decade now and only came across this shop today. The service is great, the doughnuts look and taste amazing. I’ll be trying their coffee and tea on another occasion. With that being said, I have a few suggestions for the management: Consider offering larger boxes. The wait time for service is a little long, especially for to-go orders. The shop could benefit from more advertising.

I came to get some donuts, the lady in the front took about 5-7 minutes to get me 2 donuts that were already displayed in the front. She had such a rude attitude, but I ignored it. The moment she went to the back a male worker asked what I wanted and handled it quick. It wasn’t that hard for her to do what he did. Though the donuts were good as always

I visited this place numerous times. However, the owner informed me that I shouldn’t come here because I was recording people. I suspected it was because I had expressed my opposition to Trump’s policies, and he jokingly mentioned that I was recording people. Not gonna come back to this place again

These donuts in my opinion are THE BEST DOUNUTS IN SAN DIEGO and the people that work there are so so nice I used to go there every morning before work and now I can't go every morning cuz I don't have a car but best believe as soon as I get a car I'll be back to goin every morning back to the BEST DOUNUTS EVER!!!!!!!😋🍩

Place is clean & donuts are fresh. But, the box they put the donuts in is not ideal, especially for a dozen. Didn’t realize it was a big deal until I got to work. Box was too small so when my team were picking their choice of donuts they couldn’t see what was what & they were sticking together, some were smashed, & the ones with chocolate the chocolate smeared with another donut.
Today was my first visit. I just moved to the area. The person helping me was very friendly and answering any questions that I had. The size of each item was amazing. The quality and freshness of the product also amazing. After tasting them when we got home, I have fallen in love And will continue to visit.

The new food options are a nice touch! Have always loved how fresh they taste, and how fluffy they are. The employees are also always nice. You can tell by the flavor that they don't use old/bad oil.
