The two ladies working the front noticed my wife's hospital sticker attached to her shirt and went above and beyond to make sure the large order we had was had everything we needed for the ground we were hosting. It was a beautiful thing they did that cost them nothing and It goes such a long way.

Update: El Pollo loco reached out to me and invited me back to make things right.. I got a personal call from Norma the manager of that location.. Norma truly cares and is passionate about the customer experience.

What I did learn is it never was the restaurants fault. The problem is with corporate, the chickens they order are very small and doesn't competitively compete with other establishments. Overpriced for what you get.

$18 dollars...

I purchased a Mixed 8 piece family meal with flour tortillas. When I returned home, I realized that I was not given flour tortillas. I returned, explained the issue, ordered four Churros and the women taking orders immediately fixed it. There was no dispute. I was given extra flour tortillas and comped 2 Churros. I'm very pleased. It is not often that I write reviews like this-that says it all. You guys need to hold onto her, and please let her know how great of a job she...
