I hadn't been here since before the pandemic and at that time it was soooo good, always packed and felt comfortable. I had to get fasting labs done and afterwards thought I would stop in for a breakfast bagel on the way to work. It was empty, oddly remodeled and felt unclean. Against my intuition, I ordered and took my food to the office hopeful it would be delicious. It was not. The bagel tasted weird like uncooked dough, there was a weird green spot on it that I couldn't determine if it was mold. The ham looked "off" and the egg did nothing to improve the other problems. I actually threw the whole thing in the trash :( If I could give less than one star, I would. The gal at the register was nice.

Definitely several changes made over the past year with the new owner. IMHO changes were made without customer satisfaction in mind. No longer carry pita/flat bread for sandwiches. Only offer 1 veggie sandwich. Vegan I and Vegan 2 are no longer on the menu. Due to being served on a bagel, serving size is smaller; yet prices are higher. Oh , and how can you not have pickles when you're serving sandwiches? Atmosphere is sterile, no longer warm and inviting. Ordered lunch at 1230, limited bagel selection. On a positive note, employees pleasant and the ingredients tasted fresh

Extremely overpriced menu and coffee is watered down. Simply not worth the time and atmosphere/staff was not enjoyable. Save your money, better off going somewhere else.

I am so happy I took a chance on this place. The options were great. I got the Lox bagel and it was delicious! Smoothie choices were unexpected but they each sounded delicious. Staff was so kind and patient with me as I was ordering.

The bagels here are bomb, but the owner needs to fix the ventilation and start running the AC. As a customer it’s uncomfortable being in this establishment, I could only imagine what it’s like for the workers to be in here all day. Also some music might be a nice touch.

I loved their Mediterranean veggie facaia (sp) sandwich, but they don’t offer it anymore. Their menu seems to have been reduced since the new owners took over. That is disappointing.

this place has gone downhill fast. we ordered our bagel for 11 dollars with barely any cheese.we asked if they could put more and they said cheese is too expensive???Spend on cheese, and good management, or keep bleeding customers.shame we went to this place for years with mani as owner and it was way better.
