Definitely several changes made over the past year with the new owner. IMHO changes were made without customer satisfaction in mind. No longer carry pita/flat bread for sandwiches. Only offer 1 veggie sandwich. Vegan I and Vegan 2 are no longer on the menu. Due to being served on a bagel, serving size is smaller; yet prices are higher. Oh , and how can you not have pickles when you're serving sandwiches? Atmosphere is sterile, no longer warm and inviting. Ordered lunch...read full review

I am so happy I took a chance on this place. The options were great. I got the Lox bagel and it was delicious! Smoothie choices were unexpected but they each sounded delicious. Staff was so kind and patient with me as I was ordering.

The bagels here are bomb, but the owner needs to fix the ventilation and start running the AC. As a customer it’s uncomfortable being in this establishment, I could only imagine what it’s like for the workers to be in here all day. Also some music might be a nice touch.
