Service is great and coffee is fine. The employees are kind and helpful. The issue here is there is a guy here behind the counter frequently, probably the manager or owner, who is loudly scolding the staff for all to hear. One example: "you guys keep doing what YOU need to do but not what needs to be done!" Performance conversations should happen in private with employees, you don't publicly humiliate them.
