Hyshinu Ramen, Sushi & Poke

Came at 11:40 because it says they’re open at 11:00. They told me to come back in 20, came back at 12:00 and waited for 20 more minutes and still were not open.

Relaxing chill spot for some delicious Ramen. Love the way they sear the meat. Great flavors!

Everytime we are welcomed in with a personable hello, welcome back again. The service is unbelievable and the food is even more unbelievable. This is a hidden gem in El Cajon, California, 32 minutes away from Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Edward's Cinema is right next door, eat and then go watch a movie or something or just come and eat.

Exceptional service and amazingly delicious ramen!!! Absolute new favorite!!!

After about 200 visits im done coming here, I called in 30 minutes ahead of time and stil waited 30 minutes. Everyone who ordered at the store got served first. Happens way to much now.

My girlfriend and I came here to dine in and they wouldn’t allow us to. A restaurant full of open tables and we were only allowed to place an order and leave. I was really looking forward to dining in. Very odd for a restaurant with tables to deny dine-in service to people. I will not be returning.

Wow, best sushi roll I’ve had in a long time! I got the Rancho San Diego roll and it’s a 10/10 - so flavorful and delish. Will definitely be back!

The ramen did not match the photos on DoorDash. The portion was smaller and had significantly less meat. No utensils were included (no chopsticks, fork, or spoon), which made it difficult to eat. I also requested no garlic, but it was still included. Very disappointing experience.

Great food for an affordable rate

Excellent sushi, great service, and a dope atmosphere. If you like deep-fried sushi rolls, the Roberto Roll is an excellent choice! Kudos! 👏🏿

What’s not to love?

This is a fake Japanese restaurant. They do not know what miso ramen is. They sell watery tasteless broth as miso. I ordered a miso ramen and they gave me watery tomatoes soup as miso soup. It is a disgrace that someone will spend money to start a business but do not know what they are selling. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!

Terrible service. We ordered in person. Lost our order twice. Took 1 1/2 hours to get hour food and the chicken was dry and stringy.
