There was almost no ice cream in the cup And when my friend and I l politely asked them to correct my order, the dark haired middle aged snaggle tooth and lazy associate. Proceeds to tell me that he personally ensured that the drinks be made as per specification and by the book. And he made it perfectly clear that couldn't have cared less. Very rude... So if the abomination that they tried to serve me up with a straight face is the IHOP standard then that's the last time I ever set foot in this establishment and I'm gonna make sure everyone I know knows how they get down too. ??♂️???

Don’t go here. Homeless everywhere outside even by door. Only person in the whole place order not ready at the time it states. Sat for an extra 30 minutes waiting for it. Only two staff actually working while rest were hanging out. Horrible.Follow up: food was cold and two of us ended up with terrible food poisoning. So upset spent over $100 for a meal to be so disgusting and make us sick.

This place is in a prime location but they only staff with 1 worker. I asked for water and hot coffee. Still haven't received it. The Bathroom is filthy and told staff and still remains filthy. Stopped by here on Sunday heading to casino and although 1 worker, the bathroom was clean and the food was good. So thought we'd come back on our way home...big mistake. Won't be here again!! Revised-we ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes and still NO food, we paid $13 for our coffee and left. Dide was like we short staffed and a server is cooking. Should of explained that before we ordered. No excuse for poor service!!!

Worst ihop I been to my hash browns were burnt. We ordered three orange juices and for some weird reason one was watered down and my husband's food was not brought out with the rest of our orders...very poor customer service!!
