In-N-Out Burger is perfect all around—great food, consistency, and service as always. The only recommendation I’d suggest is giving customers an estimated wait time when ordering. I placed my order and received number 92, but they were still serving around number 50. The wait ended up being close to 40 minutes. A heads-up on expected wait time would really help set expectations. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

The menu is very limited. The burgers are okay; they are not special. The prices are less expensive than most burger restaurants. I don't respect this chain because they are doing nothing to improve the fact that long, long lines for the drive-thru prohibit customers staying at the Hampton Inn are hampered in trying to get into the parking lot.

Will never order Animal fries again. It delayed my order for awhile and buger was ready but not fries. Plus the fries were not hot. Next time just going to order regular fries.

My family and I LOVE In-N-Out. As usual, this place was busy. Also as usual, the staff were amazing at handling all the madness. My 4yr old son and I ordered our food, they gave him a set of crayons and a hat, we got our drinks and watched as the amazing staff did their magic. Food was great, as usual 😋

It's now been over ten times that this establishment makes my order the wrong way. I guess it's a very difficult challenge for an adult to do their job the right way. All I asked for was no spread on my hamburgers but apparently that seems to be impossible at this location for whatever reason. I guess it should be okay for people to receive their food in whatever condition as well. It's simply sad & pathetic that I have to wait in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes every time to come home to not even be able to eat my food. It's pretty obvious that this location can care less for their paying customers that keep their business going. Horrible customer service all around. Too bad zero stars isn't an option...

Definitely one of the best in n out locations I've ever been to. They were very quick with my order and it was delicious!!! I'll definitely be coming back to get my usual. Also it amazes me how great the service is even with how busy it gets in there. This location is the best store I've seen in a long time.
