I am honestly so upset and disappointed. I just went to the Park Plaza Jamba Juice location and ordered a Strawberry Wild smoothie, and it tasted absolutely rotten. I took a few sips because I couldn’t believe how bad it tasted, but it was completely undrinkable. It genuinely tasted spoiled, and now I’m worried that I may get sick from drinking it.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I came in last week and noticed the freezer wasn’t working. If the fruit or frozen yogurt that thawed out is still being used, that is completely unacceptable. Food that has not been kept at a safe temperature should never be served to customers. That is a serious health and safety issue.
I paid for a smoothie that I had to throw away, and I would like a full refund. More importantly, if your freezer is still not working or your ingredients have spoiled, this location should not be open until the issue is fixed. No customer should have to worry about getting sick from a smoothie.
I really hope this is taken seriously because this experience was unacceptable, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same thing.

There was on worker at 1030am and she had me wait 10 min while she made herself a drink before taking my order. Didn't even get a welcome in, nothing. None of the seats, tables or outside furniture was set up.

Had a really great experience at this Jamba Juice, all thanks to Jacob. We walked in and he was basically running the whole place—taking orders, making drinks, and keeping everything moving without missing a beat. It was busy, but he stayed super calm and kept everyone in the loop, which made the wait feel way more relaxed.
He also apologized for the wait, which honestly he didn’t even have to do, but it definitely didn’t go unnoticed.
Overall, he really held it down and made the whole place feel welcoming despite the rush.

I came in today to order a large Razzmatazz Only to find out it was $10 before tax! The black girl behind the counter, saw my white skin. You can bet I didn’t get a smile or greeting when I came in. Definitely didn’t wanna Overpay after that experience lol Give somebody my money that already hates me! And way overpriced I was shocked! Hopefully everybody boycott this location and they go out of business. If I’m gonna overpay, you would think I could at least get some decent customer service.. I will never be back. The cashiers probably glad.. quite the sad world we are living in

OK this is actually unbelievable!! I just left the store a couple hours ago and ordered drinks for me and my kids. The drinks tasted horrendous. I was told they don’t have ice, STILL. ITS been about a month and they STILL don’t have ice. How does a smoothie store not have ice? What a shame. Management is not doing their job.

I am beyond upset by what has happened to the management at this Jamba Juice. I have been going to this place for 3 years now and almost never have bad interactions with the employees. The manager who refused to give me their name who had feminine qualities had the worst customer service I have ever seen. It seemed like they were upset to see customers showing up, talked down to me and refused to fix the order that they messed up. When I asked why they couldn't fix a mistake on their part the manager had a team member deal with the situation and hid in the back. I am thankful for the team members kindness but because of this lousy management, I will not be coming back here until the problem is fixed.
Terrible serves from the manager Dylan kept being rude even thought he missed up on my order. After he missed up on my drink the second time refused to fix his mistake.I will no longer be getting smoothies from these location because of the horrible interaction I had with Dylan.

Hello I am at the fletcher park way Jamba Juice it’s 7pm they close at 9 they refuse to make me my ginger shot because they were cleaning the machine no where on the website did they say that or say it was unavailable huge inconvenience they had to refund me, a worker helped me and continues to tell me they couldn’t make my drink bc they ran out of the items. I don’t know what kind of management they have here but they need to get it together, I work in restaurants there’s no Excuse, and I placed it online order had to wait for it to be made bc they were out of stuff very disappointing

Service is beyond slow. No one says anything when your order is ready . Vibe is totally off.
Please hire more people. Only one guy working by himself to take orders and make the smoothies and it was crowded. Poor guy forgot one of my items. First customer in last person to leave.
Layla, if you don't like your job. You should probably not be working there. It shows in everything you do and say. Food is okay. Service is appalling. I blame management for allowing it.
