Afghan cuisine is wonderful – flavorful without being overpowering. Think aromatic spices and tender meats, not just heat. The rice dishes with carrots and raisins (Qabil I Pulao) and the dumplings (Mantu) are must-tries. Such a warm atmosphere .🙏
Fresh, juicy and flavorful, the perfect receipe.
Food is extremely bland and was served very cold, they definitely don’t know what a good kabob is. Will not be going back if your wanting genuine middle eastern food check out the place down the street it’s called Mal Al Sham, they have the best kabobs super juicy and so hot it will burn your mouth
