My first time at this location. I ordered the carne asada fries. While I was eating the fries, I vomited multiple times. My stomach started bubbling while eating the food. I called and reported the food. The company gave me a hard time on my refund. Please do not eat here if you don’t want food poisoning. Disgusting! I will never go back.

Very good breakfast burrito. Got the Extreme Breakfast Burrito for $11 and it was worth it. Comes with eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese and sour cream, I had them add guacamole. This fat burrito had a lot of bacon and sausage. Everyone was friendly and the place is very clean and nicely decorated.

Not a bad place for El Cajon. One of the better fast food Mexican joints for sure. I got a carne asada burrito and 5 rolled tacos and everything was really good. The carne asada burrito had all fresh ingredients and it was very large.

I eat here on the regular love their food! well tonight I got home sat down and opened my burrito tortilla was extremely hard and burnt barley any eggs in the burrito sausage and bacon was extremely burnt and hard I ordered my food (breakfast burrito) tonight an hour before they closed i decided to call was very respectful and told the lady im A frequent customer i always order this burrito and usually it's amazing tonight it's not prepped right she then told me she's closed now bring her the burrito tomorrow so she can see and determine if I'm lying or not she proceeded to argue with me about the time I ordered it saying I picked up my burrito 40 min later which was not true I picked it up 15-20 min later because she told me it would be ready in 10 min she kept arguing saying I picked it up 40 min later Arent the TO GO orders under a warmer for customers satisfaction? i asked her if I could just have a refund so i can purchase something else to eat tonight she said no not unless you bring me the burrito i have to see it i said no you don't have to see it you want too see it I live deep in lakeside and told her I don't has gas to drive out there right now she said oh well I need to see it like really?? why would you rather lose a customer instead of just refunding the $12.00 she said well I need to see the burrito don't eat it and bring it back here if you return something at target you have to have the item right ill wait and you can bring it to me like really?? Erica is telling me the taco shop is closed and she cashed out the pos system and you can’t remake another burrito then why would I come back and bring you the burrito if you can’t fix the problem?? & Your a taco shop not target to satisfy the customer u apologize and fix the situation not argue with them and tell them they are lying I then asked for managers name she said I don't need to give it to you just call tomorrow and ask for the manager.. Wow what great customer service Erica has I think you guys need to put more training into the cashiers she sat on the phone with me for a good 6 min arguing with me implying that I'm lying about the food. I won't be eating here again thank you Erica for your help (:

Ordered 2 titan giant burritos (which is alot of food) only received 3 hot Sauces asked for more for the amount of food ordered but was denied they also removed the sour cream ?

However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Both burritos I ordered were very messy, and to make matters worse, the second burrito was supposed to be a taco. Additionally, the carne asada was too messy and seemed overcooked. Despite acknowledging these issues, the staff refused to issue a refund. This experience has significantly affected my perception of the restaurant's quality and customer service. I recommend everyone stay away from this place due to its poor food quality and lack of customer attention

Also, the roast beef was too messy and seemed soggy. Despite acknowledging these issues, the staff refused to issue a refund. This experience has significantly affected my perception of the restaurant's quality and customer service. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place due to their poor quality of food and lack of customer service.
