New Restaurants in El Cajon

“Delicious hamburgers and shawarma. Their presentation of the plates is good and the meat is tasty. The patties are not that thick though. The place is remodeled and looks new. They need to think outside the box with some plates that are unique to distinguish themselves from others. The place worth to try for “

“When I have a sweet tooth and desire cake, Nothing Bundt Cakes has me covered indeed.I picked up a lemon and a snickerdoodle personal size bundt cakes. They were both super moist and delicious. They definitely delivered on flavor.The lady who worked the counter during my visit was super friendly. The offer a great variety of flavors and sizes.“

“As a Mexican, I’m very particular about my mariscos, and out of the three Mariscos trucks in El Cajon, this one is by far the best. I love their aguachiles, and their fairly priced fish tacos are bomb. Authentic as it gets, to be honest!!“

“Went for lunch and a food, service, and atmosphere was excellent. We ordered dumplings for an appetizer and they were excellent. We ordered the scallops hun hun, kung pao shrimp, and vegetable chop suey lunch specials. The egg drop soup and egg roll that comes with them were fantastic. Our new go to Chinese restaurant. I live in Serra Mesa and it's worth the 20 minute drive out to El Cajon.“

“For the food, we got tacos de carnitas, chile relleno, enchiladas verdes, fajitas combo. In my opinion I would say 8.5/9 out 10. The service was good, came to check on us a couple times which is appreciated. The ambience for a Friday night seemed slow which made our time more enjoyable. I'd come back. I'm not sure why there are many people who complained about the food, maybe it was a different cook or came on a busy night, which could lead to more mistakes but I'd recommend people to come check it out.“
