Wow! Just go there, and experience it yourself. It was gigantic and It looks like art in my eyes. It was delicious, and I was too full to finish it. And showing a nice welcoming face improves the experience for everyone. P.s. I didnt even have to put syrup on mine

Service was pretty good, food was Ok. Cajun sausage was tough and chewy, eggs were over easy but undercooked and runny. A good seniors place if you want bland food. They have a sign that says takeout but turned a man away saying they were not doing takeout now.

Think of those grimy breakfast diner scenes from various dramas and action movies and you have big parallels with Perry's Cafe. A classic East County breakfast joint complete with no mask mandate enforcement and servers that puff on cigarettes on their breaks. Food is consistent and as expected.

The oatmeal was great but the service is what makes this traditional diner a standout. Staff was friendly and attentive. I felt looked after rather than just getting a meal.I’ll be coming back regularly for my morning breakfast!

Came in for lunch got open fave roast beef and mashed potatoes. Cold everything was really but i just asked to please make me some new potatoes. She put them in microwave cause thats what the owner told her to do. Disgusting will never return. Only reason It got 2 stars was cause the ladies were sweet.

Loved what I refer to as "hole in wall" places. A comforting back-in-time warp. It's a refreshing change from chain restaurants; unique character.Waitresses seem to have loyally worked there forever. They know their job and are great with their customers.Large portions and the food tasted so good, lots of flavor. Very impressed and look forward to returning. A long history here and a well deserved reputation.

My first time here. Food and service was average at best. If you choose to eat here do NOT allow them to seat you next to the back door. They allow customers to exit and enter into this door while you are eating (bugs flying in). You might as well ask for a table on the patio. Btw, they not have patio seating. Horrible!
