When I pick up a slice of pizza and all the ingredients fall off ? But that’s okay! But the dough was not cooked at all ? I was very confused, how could such a well-known pizza company make such terrible and ordinary pizza? No change and same old ?
My order was placed on 4/5/2024. I arrived to pick it up around 7:20 PM. While still adjusting the parking and my child's car seat, a male employee came out and handed me the order. It was a simple gesture but sincere and nice, which helped make my day better. Little things like that with employees go a long way. I hope this message reaches him, and that the company knows employees with good customer service go a long way for retention and sales.

It has been a few years since I ordered Pizza Hut, since they closed the Lakeside store. What on earth did you guys do to the dough/crust, that used to to be thick and very flavorful? My goodness, I got me a $30 frozen store pizza, NEVER AGAIN. Delivery was GREAT, NOT THE FROZEN store type pizza....lesson learned.

Horrible service. They need to fire the whole crew and rehire people with some sense. From the phone call to the delivery quality you can’t trust.
I stop by this morning They gave me the pizza with the dough not very well cooked, the dough looked white, I asked for pineapple as an ingredient and they gave me black olives

I ordered curbside pick up and waited more than 10 mins while the staff was on break. I had to get off and ask for the pizza. I told them I ordered curbside but like many fast food places the staff didn’t care at all. PIZZA HUT please do something about the TIP feature, you want the customers to leave a tip before knowing the type of low quality service we will receive? Definitely won’t be coming here again.

I was a walk-in at the El Cajon store and ordered two meat lover melts with extra cheese, I was told it would take ten minutes while I waited. Twenty minutes later they couldn't find my order so they made me a new order. This one only took ten minutes, but when I checked it - it was extremely hard (over cooked) and appeared to have NO cheese, so much for being a melt! So instead of wasting more of my time: I took the two melts, donated them to one of the local homeless encampments, and went to Dominos Pizza to get something edible. The homeless were very appreciative, but Pizza Hut has definitely changed for the worse! I will NOT be returning.
I certainly hope this is the correct Pizza Hut. They all have strange characteristics for addresses AnyWho the one that's on second and Pepper wow the staff there are just freaking amazing actual human beings with compassionate hearts, the management team there obviously treats their employees very well because all of them have really good personalities. I would totally recommend this place to everybody and I do and the food is always amazing, thank you for being you and for being so awesome
