It has been a few years since I ordered Pizza Hut, since they closed the Lakeside store. What on earth did you guys do to the dough/crust, that used to to be thick and very flavorful? My goodness, I got me a $30 frozen store pizza, NEVER AGAIN. Delivery was GREAT, NOT THE FROZEN store type pizza....lesson learned.
I certainly hope this is the correct Pizza Hut. They all have strange characteristics for addresses AnyWho the one that's on second and Pepper wow the staff there are just freaking amazing actual human beings with compassionate hearts, the management team there obviously treats their employees very well because all of them have really good personalities. My order was placed on 4/5/2024. I arrived to pick it up around 7:20 PM. While still adjusting the parking and my child's car seat, a male employee came out and handed me the order. It was a simple gesture but sincere and nice, which helped make my day better. Little things like that with employees go a long way. I hope this message reaches him, and that the company knows employees with good customer service go a long way for retention and sales.
