Pizza Hut offers great service, with friendly and attentive staff. The traditional location has a welcoming atmosphere. While online specials may not always be honored, the staff informs customers ahead of time. The delivery service is also commendable. However, some customers have noticed a change in the dough/crust quality, which used to be thick and flavorful. Overall, Pizza Hut provides a good experience, but the pizza quality may vary.
