Food was really good and portions are huge. My only criticism is the salsa. I wish it could be spicier, but that's my personal opinion. Overall, good place.

This place deserves a 5 star rating in every category except price. Staff is great, place is clean and nice, food is unique and incredible. Prices reflect the quality I'm sure, but they are still a bit high for the portion sizes which are on the small size.

The food was good but the people behind the counter were NOT friendly AT ALL. I'd give them 1 star for their personalities! I wouldn't go back for how unfriendly the two people were! Not worth it!!
Carne was grounded up and guacamole tasted like it had sour cream in it .

The grilled fish burrito off of their lite menu was better than anticipated. Very hot and large. Avocado salsa was tasty. The chicken taco plate was good and hot as well.

Missy at front register Was super helpful explaining the foods as we had never been here before. And she was multi tasking to boot, training someone else at the same time. I ordered 2 hard shelled chicken taco combo. It was great! Tacos were large... All the food was warm; Tacos rice and beans all at the same time.... Cheese nice and melted.

Cooks ( that the management Swears are Always Age old employees ) that Don't know Beans ( No Pun intended ) about how to produce the menu, and a management team of All liarsThe Head manager ,Christine , who Used to be Very prompt about making wrings right, Now, refuses to even call back to address issues,instead Blaming the Often Lack of Great food and service on the customer who makes the complaint known.A Great Business model for SUREBE WARNED , If it can happen to me, ( who ALWAYS , ALWAYS Tip, ) it can happen to each and everyone who reads thisBuyer beware

Rita's has been our"Go to" for years.my faimly ,friends Co-workers etc...(alot of people) I have never in at least 15 to 20 years had a complaint untill lastnight. Something drastically has changed.The food even taste different. We had 6 people eating with us and we all agreed Rita's has changed hands or something? The salsa is even the same. The beef tacos and enchiladas inside tastes like canned shredded beef. The whole experience was horrible.. We want OG Rita's back!!! Sorry for the negitive review but upset me it was that bad!!!!Kid-friendliness: Service was great and friendly
