It's not a one-time review. This has been ongoing for the last 4-5 visits. This location used to take care of their customers. Some in my party made the comments of employees looking stoned. Don't know if it's true, I can tell you our order was messed up. Yes, people have requests, and we expect your employees to do their jobs and serve the public. This was a 5 star place at one time. Do the employees have what it takes to be successful? For the past few years, I have had doubts. I will change the review when I see improvements. GL.

The food was good. However, I feel they use too much rice in their burritos.
It’s not ok for your drive through staff to self tip and then hope the customer doesn’t notice. The customer decides what the tip percentage should be at checkout. Might want to see if you can eliminate the ability for your staff to be able to that on any screen other than the card machine, no one wants to be caught red handed.
