Morning crew is great, in and out in under a few minutes. Afternoons are always rough with 15-20 minutes in the drive through….

I had a chocolate protein latte and a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich from this Starbucks. The lady at the counter was very nice.
The protein latte was pretty good, but having previously tasted the vanilla protein latte, I prefer the vanilla. For a pre-made and frozen breakfast sandwich, the turkey and sandwich as a whole were pretty good. However, since they did not wrap the hot sandwich, before placing it in the bag, the bread stuck to the bag and tore part of the underside of the sandwich when I removed it. The sandwich was still edible.
This Starbucks has a drive thru, inside, and outside seating. The service was friendly.

Morgan helped me with my order for Food, Drinks and 3 cake pops. The polar bear cake pops were a hit with my Grandchildren.
Service was excellent and she has a great personality.
Thank you

Fatima did an excellent job with my order in the drive thru. I ordered several food items and several drinks all perfect. I enjoy this Starbucks even though it is not the closest to my home. Fatima made my whole day with her friendly attitude and she is the reason I will continue returning to this Starbucks.
Thanks again

Taking out or even sitting here to take my coffee and enjoying it, but the last time it was an awful and unpleasant behavior from who took my order I believe her name Sarah, while taking my order i asked her for smt and she replied violently as she was frustrated from my questions and she not even smiled or saying hello. Im not coming here to see your pouting face. After all that my order was wrong and i waited again to get it. Hopefully i made attention about that and i checked on my coffee before drink it. The location is clean and calm but sometimes the barista or the taking order let your experience be worse.

Overpriced food. They changed one of their teas a few years back and never announced it. Plus they lay off their employees without warning. Go to Dutch Bros or Dunkin instead

I work across the street at Walmart. Got my coffee earlier that day. Came by after work to get a water and was told water was for paying customers only.. not only they were rude but the girl working had her boyfriend just hanging around in the dining area drinking a water with no other product as i observed… this Starbucks has gone down the gutter . I’ve been coming here for 2 years straight ever since I started working at the Walmart across the street. I wonder how many customers they are going to loose over some water and having it a hangout for the employees boyfriends to just hang and chill at and of course get free water and other things perhaps. I would encourage management to watch the cameras and staff better .
On the drive thru I purchased a large cup of cappuccino. I took the cup and placed it into my cup holder and proceeded to work. Once I arrived at work, I found I had received half a large cup of black coffee. I won't be purchasing anything again from this facility.
I came in today just to get a cup of tap water and was told that Starbucks doesn’t provide tap water to non-paying customers. It was over 85 degrees outside with no breeze, so I politely asked if I could have a small cup due to the heat. The employee insisted that I had to buy something first, so I reluctantly purchased an avocado just to get the water. After that, she informed me there were many orders ahead, meaning I’d have to wait quite a while for the toast. Ultimately, I didn’t want to wait for the item I bought just to get water, which means food went to waste simply because of this policy.
I don’t mind paying for a cup water, and I even told the employee that, but she still insisted on a purchase. What concerns me most is customer retention—I've been a Gold member for over 10 years and have never been refused tap water before. If there’s a policy against giving free water, there should be an option to buy tap water without wasting food or resorting to expensive bottled water.
This also opens the company up to more bad experiences where the level of customer satisfaction decreases.
After more than 20 years as a customer, this experience left a bad impression, and I’m unlikely to return anytime soon. Denying tap water to anyone when it’s readily available at a business open to the public feels like a delicate and unfair line to cross, especially when people are willing to pay for it and simply want to stay hydrated.
I hope management can find a way to implement a water purchase if a customer wanted it in a cup
I love the avocado croissant , however the lattes are not the same taste , and the plastic cups are really fragile .
Do not go here, asked for a water said no, only if I buy something and I did, then proceeded do deny me water because I wanted to return the item I bought, and would not bring out a manger I could speak too. Very rude workers besides the tall guy that helped me out and tried to help me. Please stay away from this location if they keep this up
