My daughter went in and asked for an Italian BMT. The guy gave her a veggie sandwich. How do you charge 11 dollars for a meatless sandwich??!! Subway on 2nd and the one on Broadway are horrible. Absolutely ridiculous!! The wait time is horrible too.

Employees hands down makes the entire experience! We go out of our way to see this amazing location is quick, detail oriented amazing with the little one. Gotta love going somewhere where you're appreciated as much as you appreciate great service and good. All the other subways are short and the staff is just terrible unless you find a worker in a good mood. The sandwichs too 😍

I asked if I could order by telling the employee what I wanted but was told no, and that I Had to order off the pos system. The problem was the individual obviously couldn't read off his screen because just about everything I ordered was completely wrong, and I didn't find out till I got home.We had to throw it out. Will never come back!!!
