Great place to hangout. It is newer in Sycuan but I would soo love for them to have a dance floor and bachata. The service is great and staff is super nice.

Listen ... this place has sooo much potential they NEED TO ADD BAND AND BACHATA NIGHTS !!! It will be OFF THE HOOK. Think about it a place to stay, drinks and bachata nights omg. The drinks are so creative and embrace the Hispanic culture. Apparently it's only been open 4 months but it is my new fave at Sycuan Casino!

Was at the Casino on a Saturday afternoon and decided to try the new Suerte Cantina! The inside is so fresh and filled with colorful Latino art and decor. They also offer patio seating as well as little stands for your coat or bags! Off the bat, our server Nico did an excellent job at recommending the best food picks and drinks. He told us that the Fajitas house platter was a good choice! On this day we chose not to get any alcoholic drinks, but they all looked very delicious! We saw how another customer was given a drink that was presented in a little case and it smokes out, so maybe we will come back and try that! Food: Complimentary Chips & Salsa: 5/5 Crispy and fresh chips made with tortilla. I could taste the oil on them HAHAH!! All the salsa given to us was good too, my personal favorite was the nacho cheese and the salsa verde! We finished it before our entrees, and Nico even offered us some more! Birria Tacos: 3/5 I'm a huge fan of birria tacos and consome, but their tacos did not hit I was a little sad because the meat was dry and hard to swallow. I still finished my food though. The consome lacked substance as well... it felt like it was missing something. It was just soup without all the other meat that you would typically have in it. I felt like I had to pour consome and salsa over my tacos to save myself from choking on the meat. Fajitas House Platter (Beef, Chicken, Shrimp): 4/5 I throughly enjoyed the fajitas platter, as it was paired with tortilla on the side and I made my own burrito with the beans, rice, meat and salsa given to us. My favorite was the shrimp!! To be honest the shrimp had more flavor than the beef(steak). For that, I rate it 4/5 because the steak was hard to chew through. There was some good pieces and some not. The veggies were perfectly seasoned to my taste palette. Overall, excellent service. I think the Birria tacos were not worth the price point. Fajitas are a yes, and they can be shared for 2 people! I will have to come back and try their drinks.

Went last night for my bday dinner and upon first arrival the decor was very cute. We sat down right away and after sitting for about a good 10 min the mgr comes to our table with the phone on his ear to give us chips. We all looked like wth and he said sorry on the phone with IT. Next our server Alyssa came didn't ask us what we wanted to drink just are you ready to order? No we want a drink menu...after waiting about 10 min the mgr came with a drink menu and after another 5 min she comes back do you know what you want to order..no we want drinks first!!! Finally we placed our food order we ate no Alyssa to be seen did not check if we wanted more drinks did we need anything had to flag her down for a box. Our food was pretty decent...She came by didn't bother to take any plates away from the table didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything else or if we wanted our check! Finally we asked another waitress who came after we started eating and we were pretty disappointed she wasn't our server since she was so attentive to her customers if we could get our check! When we left the mgr who was just standing at the bar didn't say goodbye but the waitress we wished we had she had curly hair and was standing next to the mgr thanked us from coming in. We didn't even want to leave a tip that's how bad it was so we gave her the bare minimum because that was what service we got.

Came here to Sycuan for a quick trip and saw they replaced Elicit with Suerte. Overall, I think it was a good decision. First, I think it's good that they have a Mexican option now at Sycuan as it helps "diversify" the cuisines a bit more than the past. And Second, the ambiance was definitely a fun, cozy atmosphere and was a welcome addition for sure. Service was pretty good! Friendly and quick too. We did get our "appetizer" quesadilla after our entrees and the food runner called it "dessert" quesadilla lol Overall food was good, definitely really hefty portions. The highlight though was definitely the margaritas. Very good! Overall, if you are looking for a Mexican spot in the area, I definitely recommend this place

A must try when you're in the area. Love the atmosphere. There's an outdoor seating as well. If you love tequila, this would be the place to be. They have a lot of tequila, anejo, mezcals.

We recently dined at Suerte Cantina, and while the food was acceptable and the service satisfactory, I was disappointed by the additional charges. We were unexpectedly billed an extra $2.00 for a small portion of sour cream, which seemed excessive. Even after bringing up the issue with the manager, I was informed that it was a kitchen policy. Although the decor was pleasant, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

The atmosphere here is nice and very on brand. The service was amazing! Very nice and helpful staff. I got the birria tacos which were very flavorful, the side of rice seemed very dry and a little uncooked. The order of guacamole was great! I love the salsa and chips! Overall, this place is good with amazing potential to be a big hit in the casino. Definitely worth checking out again!

For the food, we got tacos de carnitas, chile relleno, enchiladas verdes, fajitas combo. In my opinion I would say 8.5/9 out 10. The service was good, came to check on us a couple times which is appreciated. The ambience for a Friday night seemed slow which made our time more enjoyable. I'd come back. I'm not sure why there are many people who complained about the food, maybe it was a different cook or came on a busy night, which could lead to more mistakes but I'd recommend people to come check it out.

This is a much needed and great addition to Sycuan. My husband is forever looking for a great chili relleno and is usually disappointed. Not today. He said it was excellent. I had chicken enchiladas that were stuffed with chicken. They were very good. The chips are homemade and served with a nice mild salsa.Notice the paintings. (I don't want to ruin it for you.) Will be nice to sit on the patio when it warms up a bit.

One of the benefits of this place is that it's pretty. I love the decor, with the art featuring notable Mexican artists such as Frida Kahlo. There's a wall of golden, which is a perfect backdrop for a gram post. However, the food and drinks fall short. Drinks: El Verado. Very heavy on the alcohol with not enough lime juice, tamarind, or syrup. I tasted the El Catrin, and the flavors didn't not go well together. My friend had this and she was so unhappy that she only took two sips. I even had the red blend wine, and it tasted like it wasn't fresh. Apps were super plain. Salsa was guacamole was bland, not enough lime, lemon, or salt! The fresh guacamole only had three chicharrones! I'm super disappointed. We also ordered the esquites, which had either lime or lemon juice in it. This does not compliment the dish at all, and we just took a few bites and left it alone. The shrimp tacos are a decent size and had the most flavor out of anything I've eaten. In an attempt to save this meal, I ordered the chocoflan. The flan was not creamy, had no caramel drizzle, and the chocolate cake was a tad dry. I've never felt sad after a meal. Customer service was good, however.

Service was awesome, decor brings out our heritage roots. The ceviche was bomb and authentic! I will recommend and come back . Thank you Danny for the service!

We went for our anniversary and our waitress Hannah did not provide a good decent experience , I had spilled my drink and we were trying to clean up but our napkins was not holding back the spilling , she did not come back she disappeared after she had asked if I wanted a refill but did not offer or assist to help the situation , my husband became the busboy and we never had our water refiled after we had asked , I eventually flagged Danny who was very hands on and helpful to help with the spill ,bring our check and bring a to go box , if your server is Hannah request another server, I was shocked that she ignored us for the rest of the night until she was ready to process our check

First things first food is bomb! We got the table side guacamole and it was bussin' also the elote! Fire I tell you! Definitely try that with the chips! Drinks was on point. Had the "la calavera," "el sol," and "la dama" and they was all good. Not too sweet and just the right amount of punch . The waiters were all amazing and wonderful. Super nice to us and everything came out so fast. Lastly the restaurant was beautiful. Indoor and outdoor seating looking over the pool and Mountain View's. Highly recommend checking it out.
