My wife and I just moved here from Dallas, TX now living in Carlsbad, we purchased tickets to see Killer Queen tonight, we got to the Casino early to have dinner and sat at the bar at Rank and File, the service was fantastic, super friendly staff and attentive. I believe the bartender nick name was Avi or Avaranza? Sorry can t remember anyway super nice and took outstanding care of us. We go to sycuan pretty often, and have lunch/dinner at ranks nd file and the service is usually mid. They typically take their time and hardly check in, which is understandable they are busy. But today, SHAWN idk if she is new but it’s the first time i’ve seen her She was very attentive even tho she was busy, was so genuine and truly checked in when she could, she never avoided contact to avoid us and it was really refreshing to have someone who cares about their people.
