I love this Taco Bell! The staff there are friendly and the food is fresh! I honestly never have a complaint about this Taco Bell! I promise you will not be disappointed if you choose this location.

I came in saturday afternoon, i saw this woman making my food, i walked in she greeted me and asked if ive been helped, i told her yes im just waiting for my order, it was her and another girl making the food and either one couldve made it good but honestly they made it so amazing. I asked her for her name she said it was laura, so then i asked about the other woman and she said nadia, laura looked very happy to talk to me and was smiling a lot, her and the other girl named nadia were very good with my food.

It was a typical Taco Bell run, or so I thought. I was in the drive-thru lane, deciding on what I wanted to eat, maybe hoping for a quick stop without too much hassle. But then I encountered Laura. Honestly, her interaction completely changed how I looked at the whole experience. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, I could tell there was something different about her approach. She didnât just say the usual âHi, welcome to Taco Bell, what can I get for you today?â in a robotic way. No, there was actual warmth in her voice. I donât know what it was maybe it was the slight enthusiasm, or just the way she genuinely sounded like she cared about what I was about to order but I immediately felt like I was dealing with someone who wasnât just doing their job but was actually invested in making sure everything went well.
I started with the usual a chicken quesadilla and a Cheesy Gordita crunch, nothing too crazy but Laura didnât rush me. She didnât rush me at all, which honestly felt pretty rare for a drive-thru. Iâve been in situations where the person on the other side of the speaker is clearly ready to get the order over with as quickly as possible, moving through the steps without a second thought. But Laura wasnât like that. She took her time to ask follow-up questions, ones that werenât just for the sake of filling in the blanks but actually showed she was paying attention to what I was saying. For instance, when I asked for a cheesy Gordita crunch, she didnât just say, âOkay, one Cheesy Gordita crunch , anything else?â No, she actually asked, âWould you like any extra cheese with that?â And the way she asked, it was like she genuinely wanted to know if I wanted the extra cheese, like it wasnât just a checklist for her to go through.So I would say a 10/10 experience at this Taco Bell. I would also like to add how when I came in last week with my little brother, she was on the other side of the food area, making my meal alone and honestly everything was well portioned, well wrapped, and handled with care. When she called out my name for the order so asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything else. Super great employee and seriously cares about her job.

laura was very attentive and welcoming. she made sure my order was correct and asked questions to make sure my experience was up to par. i would definitely recommend this location and gladly come back again!

They got my order wrong, laughed when my sister passed out, and made us wait 40 minutes before they took our order, not to mention their severely understaffed. horrible place. go to a different location for your own safety

It's nice they hire special needs people at this location but make sure you check your order. We did an order through the app and our receipt taped to the bag was the only thing correct. Missing all sauces and a few items and didn't realize till we got home to eat. We called them and Dale wanted me to pack my family up and drive back to get missed items without compensation for their screw up. I wouldn't come to this location and if you do throughly check your order.

Vegetarian options: There are theoretically vegetarian dishes such as bean burrito or fries or you can request a taco without meat but I don't know what kind of oil is used to cook these and the bean burrito normally has cheese so if you are Vegetarian, including no cheese you may have to specially request that as well.
Parking: This is in an area close to Wal Mart, Smart & Final, Panda, UPS, Sally's, and other shops so it can get busy. When leaving it is sometimes easier/safer to turn right and make a u turn near truck stop, near dirt road area to get back to the freeway rather than trying to left across traffic and partially blind corner.
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if there are auto doors but there may be a handicapped parking spot.

I thought i was missing food in my order i went back and we checked on the food and they redid my order no questions asked and they were right thank you for the crunchy box sorry about the mistake

Normal taco bell food, no service, want all inside ordering done on kiosks no social acceptance in this place, servers hide by drivthrough window and almost refuse to ever check front counter for customers. The loby in this store should just close and turn this spot in to all drive through. The employees treat you like your an inconvenience if they have to walk the 10 feet to evean drop off an order for a customer up front. They treat all delivery drivers like 2nd hand citizens that should just sit and wait and not complain when it takes 20 minutes to fill an order. Doordash and all other delivery drivers only make 3.75 on average for an order supplying the gass, car, phone for order, insurance and time for less pay then the people working in the restaurant. Shame on Toco bell for their crappy commitment to not serve their store customers. Ill never eat at taco bell againe for taking away the humanity and replacing it with a TouchPad that is hard , and un friendly to use.
