Testo Pepesto Italian Restaurant is centrally located on Main Street in downtown El Cajon. It is a great family-owned restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. Best pizza and pasta in El Cajon! They also bake their own tasty bread. Everything is absolutely YUMMY!!!
Absolutely loved our experience here! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch from the moment we walked in. But the real star of the night was the pizza—crispy, perfectly charred crust with rich, flavorful sauce and high-quality, fresh toppings. Every bite felt like a little trip to Naples. Easily one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

On what planet is a $17.00 HALF turkey pesto panini ( with no fries ) and a small side salad considered a lunch special? lol
