Nice family run restaurant. Good food, generous portions, pleasant service, reasonable prices.. nothing fancy. Eggplant parmesan and pizzas were very good, pasta dishes were done well, sauces were a bit soupy, but otherwise very good. Typical italian restaurant.p
Is The best Italian restaurant in the area. The spaghetti with meat ball is amazing taste. The sandwich is outstanding and the portion is big. Chicken wings are nice, abit salty to me. The restaurant is nice and outdoor area is beautiful. Highly recommended.
Haven’t explored La Mesa eateries over the last 8 years, wow there is another whole side of Big Backness awaiting me. Especially Testo Pepesto Italian restaurant. I stumbled across the tram at a private food tasting even on Mt. Helix. The host was energetic and confident I’d enjoy anything off the menu. So next day I made it my mission to try it.
