The place is a bit dated, service is subpar dirty tables, dry French fries, dry ribs, and the dimner roll is straight from the bag not heated or anything. Definitely will not be going back.

This is one of my favorite places. I’ve been going here for over 50 years. Nothing has changed. Simple good bbq. The beef sandwich is my go to meal.

Not worth the price. The BBQ sauce tasted like a can of stewed tomatoes. Watery, Chucky, not good at all. The meat was thin and hard to chew. The place looks like it hasn't been updated since it opened. My first and last visit.

This place is consistently the BEST smoked ham, hands down!!! I have been coming here since tge 70s and every time I come back into town, I have to go to a few favorite food places with The Wrangler BBQ Pit at the top of the list. The atmosphere is still the 70s & 80s decor but who cares when the smoked ham and beef are the bomb! You will know the second you walk thru the front door and that delicious smokey smell hits your senses, that you are in the right place. Try the navy bean soup, too, with a slice of pie.

The Wrangler and people who own it and work there have always been the greatest. The quality of the food is superb. The place is rustic and I love everything about the Wrangler. Going there is like being with family.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome.Parking: Lots of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs from the front entrance.

Food was horrible. Coleslaw could not be eaten. A couple of bites and threw it out. Beans were edible but not very good. Ribs were horrible, tough and fattie. No flavor. Sauce was even worse. Threw most of it out. I hadn't been in there for years. Now I remember why. I was too lazy to drive to Rancho San Diego to Dickeys Barbecue. They are so much better with 3 different types of sauces, yummiest beans and coleslaw and ribs to die for and more variety.Sorry, I couldn't say anything good about them.?

I have been going here since 1984. The atmosphere is very friendly and the food is awesome to just site in the restaurant with your family and have a great dinner.

Great bbq and service is as fast as you can order and pay. Ordered a large beef dinner plate and it fed two adults for 4 meals. Their Cole slaw is exceptional! It's an old, family style restaurant with open seating and slots of good trophy's on the walls I recommend this place for a quick BBQ meal.Parking: Lots of parking.
I’ve grown up eating at this place, But the past few times we were skimped on our meals. You pay a lot for a plate and they give you 3 tiny half slices in your sandwich plus the fries tasted old or last of the bag. Very disappointed.
