“Staff was very kind and the deli was clean. The egg sandwich was delicious, but I think it was made with egg whites only. Portions and prices are a match. My favorite was the Joy Salad. It’s spicy, savory, and sweet with a great crunch. The smoothies were made fresh and tasted like high quality clean ingredients (We got the Green smoothie and the Cool Cucumber smoothie). However, they both had a lot of inedible pulp and fiber from the skins. I only recommend doing something about the foul smell of the old building. Highly recommend giving them a try!“

“So, my friend Brooke and I (we have been good friends for about 10 years now) were going on a road trip from Scottsdale AZ to SD CA. The weather was blistering hot (about 106 out) and our AC was broken in the car and Brooke was crying. I had the brilliant idea of getting blizzards!!!! So we tracked down the nearest DQ and ended up at the imperial valley mall in El Cento. Brooke and I love going on road trips together and she usually doesn't cry, but I understand where she was coming from because of the high temps outside. On a previous road trip we tried to go to a different DQ but google maps steered us wrong :( I digress. So anyway, we pulled into the imperial valley mall parking lot and didn't see the Dairy Queen!! We called and the store manager gave us precise directions to get there by walking through JC Penny and then it was four stores down from that! We got there and the service was excellent and the ice cream was chill :) Contrary to CJ's post: 10/10 would recommend to all friend's and family. PS- If you like pizza, Mod Pizza is good too.“

“Ok, this place is so good. We love the cold tortas from here. They come packed with bologna, ham, lettuce, tomato, and even fresh avocado. It's served with chicharrons for only $6! The staff is always really nice. We typically call in and just pick up. Everything I've tried here is a hit. The sweet tea, raspados, even their house made chile sauce is amazing. You can try anything here and you won't be disappointed.“
