“I recently stayed at this resort and was so impressed with the staff I encountered. The staff makes this place incredible. It's so obvious that the people who work there love their jobs. On arrival we were greeted by the valets Aaron and Delvin who both went out of their way to be accommodating. The front desk people were amazing even one who just transferred from Phoenix on his 1st day. Monty, Abel, and Jacob gave us exceptional service at BluEmber the restaurant on the grounds. At the adult pool we had incredible service by Israel aka Madonna who was such a friendly and endearing human. Our entire stay was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and the beds very cozy. The grounds are very well maintained. I highly recommend this place whether a romantic getaway or a family stay. They really have it all!“

The flavors are my favorite and you can't get anything quite like them from any other brand. My kids are obsessed too, perhaps it's a good thing that they are so scarce in location.“

“The food is delicious here. They have a wide variety of sandwiches on their menu! My favorite is the Sinatra, but I usually build my own sandwich. The ingredients are crisp and fresh! The management and employees are exceptional! Always friendly and they take care of any needs you have in regard to your food! A great place to have lunch, very quiet! The bonus is that they sell a mean Michelada!“

“Stopped here on our way home from vacation. We didn't get our third topping on our acai bowl and went in to ask for it on the side. The employee was very rude making excuses and then checking our reciept to make sure we paid for it. Won't be going back.“

“So I got off work working the night shift all night and was craving an açai bowl! This little family owned shop was the only one open on my way home! I figured I'd stop in and give them a try as I walked in I was greeted by a super friendly employee Rock dodger shirt, go Dodgers ha ha and she took my order super quick and super friendly. There was a few people who were waiting on their orders in front of me and the employee was still super friendly and professional and worked on getting all of our orders out in a timely and professional manner, they did have a few seating areas in the store where you could sit and enjoy your smoothie or your juice or your fruit bowls! They had a very big menu of smoothies, different juices, and different fruit bowls, that you could purchase and try! As I watched her, prepare my order of two açai bowls She was making everything fresh nothing was already premade everything was made from scratch and fresh! It was also a nice atmosphere to relax. There was some upbeat music in the background, but overall my first time there was an awesome experience was greeted when I walked in, was helped in a timely manner, and also pricing was reasonable. as my order was finishing up being made, the new owner walked in, and she was very friendly and welcoming, and greeted me with a good morning. Started a conversation with me as she began to help the other employee prep, and prepare more orders that were coming in will definitely be back to this small family owned businessOh my I’m speechless the açaí bowl was so amazingly fresh and delicious from the fruit to the granola and even the yogurt tasted so fresh I kinda want another one! “Best juice, smoothies, fruit bowls and even coffee/tea drinks along with amazing breakfast sandwiches (husband's favorite) and my favorite, the protein waffle with the works. Breakfast and lunch are fantastic here. Everything is made fresh so it takes a minute but worth it and the staff is always nice and friendly. It's also a bit costly, but good, pure ingredients are not cheap and they have rent and employees to pay. This is literally one of my favorite places in the Coachella Valley!“

“This was my first time here and it was pretty good. There wasn't any wait around 4pm. I decided to try the Poppin- Boba Fire Lizard Rebel and it was good, kinda of tasted like medicine but the boba literally made this drink so good. I would say if you like red bull,, this is for you. I usually don't drink energy drinks so this was something I normally wouldn't get.“

“When my girlfriend and I went out last night the store was locked an hour early from closing. We went to wait for our food from Luna Grill and as we were about to leave we noticed two employees and a bunch of teenagers in there. We were pretty annoyed that there were two employees and that clearly they were doing stuff they weren't suppose to in the back or in the car. So 20 minutes before closing we walked in and ordered one large smoothie. Even though we got kind of a dead stare when we walked in their attitude was very pleasant at the register. Also the smoothie came out quickly and perfectly. So I only knocked off one star. Advice: If you're in your car and some one is trying to walk through your doors just run up and casually walk in behind them. Be super friendly and give extraordinary customer service and people won't even care that you were not there waiting for them to walk in.“
“All I ever got was warm greetings by the staff. They always served with a smile. My drinks always tasted absolutely divine. The Jamba Juice at the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert is incredible. They are my favorite juice places out in the valley. I come so often, and everyone, no matter how busy they are, always treats me with decency, respect, compassion and much more. This place truly feels like you are not a dollar sign, but rather a human being. I love the suggestions they give.“
