Food was not tasty at all. Asked for asada but there was no left in the can so the worker went to the kitchen and returned with asada in her hands ?? I’m sure the she doesn’t change those gloves even after the restroom, how she can grab it with hands ? Terrible place

I live around the corner from this place. I’ve been coming here for a few months now…Every time I go there It’s Always a problem..My food is cold the chickens not cooked all the way or It’s hair on my foodThe disrespectful Workers..This time it was hair all throughout my food.I am a new foster mom I cannot pack up the kids and leave the house just because the food is messed up so now I have to cook a whole dinner after I just spent money so I didn’t have to…It’s really disappointing when you have restaurants moving into your neighborhood and just disrespect you.. And it’s a reoccurring problem..Literally here all through my food like someone purposely put hair in my food.. I’m not about to keep digging the hair out I know it’s not mine because I have really curly hair This hair is straight.The food is good, but the customer service is horrible. I would not recommend going to this place..

I like the one in Richmond and the quantity is so less that they serve! May not go here.Even asking for more salsa my masa were so dry… hate that.
Have only been a couple times but it’s missing something. I’ll have to go a third time to make up my mind on this place.

The cashier who handles the money handles the food, also. Poor sanitation efforts and I noticed how they had 5 workers all working on many of the same orders; essentially the left hand clueless about the right hand; creating ALL sorts of chaos.Friendly, yes! but I dislike their food handling practices:/-

Amazing, authetic Mexican food. My kids loved the food and asked for seconds which never happens. Great service, cute ambiance. Will be back!

On a scale of 1 to 10, Food exceeded expectations and would have been a 13 and a half. But can't breathe that way, so I'll give it a solid 10. Drive thru Hispanic faire, didn't think it would be so great. Service was a little awkward, teen gal was acting like a teen gal, but talking about customers to ones coworkers was a bit on the rude side. It was very obvious with her pointing and turning away suddenly when she realized we were within ear's shot.Now aside from that. Thank for the wonderful meal. K&J J.

This location is the total opposite of the Richmond Masa. I've came here on about 5 occasions for food and of those 5 times, 3 times my order has been wrong (this is both through in-person and drive thru). I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt with this location, but I think I gave more than enough chances with its service. There was once where I ordered baja tacos and got carne asada instead. My most recent order I asked for was a burrito while at drive thru and when I finally got home, they gave two tacos and a side of rice. This was after I waited 10 minutes at the window. If anything, just go to the Point Richmond location.

I went through the drive through and paid for a side of guacamole. Was it in the bag when I got home? NO! Also the girl at the drive through was not very friendly or service oriented. Every time I said what I wanted she’d say, “is that all” and didn’t ask what I wanted in my bowl. Oh well I guess I need to always check my bag before I leave so I don’t get ripped off.
