Great customer service everyday. 3 guys and a young Hispanic lady provides the best experience there. Today 9/22/2024 I had my first bad encounter with Kristin shift supervisor. She doesn't greet you with a smile only with a sigh of being irritated. She has terrible customer service. She very rude and will move you out of the line fast for her own mistakes. Never apologized and was angry at me first asking for caramel after I paid for it. I walked in to get my drinks and...

The Lobby door was open, but the lobby itself was closed and this is at 2:00 in the afternoon, then the staff person wouldn't allow me to use stars on my card, so I had to pay for the large order that I anticipated using stars for with cash. I wasn't happy
