idk how they have 5 stars. worst food ever. Service terrible. We're waiting for the check and the waiter is sitting at the bar. Started at 7 ended at 9 and expensive! Our clue should have been on a 3 day weekend they weren't busy . Never again.
I recently had the pleasure of attending a 5-course Tequila dinner event at Encanto Tequila Bar on this incredible June evening in 2024. I can confidently say that it was a remarkable experience. It’s time we shared some thoughts about Encanto. By far, the best team of food prepares, wait staff, bar staff and management to ever inhabit that beautiful spot in TC. We can say that because we’ve become regulars.
The food is awesome. The Sashimi could be an entire meal by itself but there are too many other things to try. Everything Birria is so good. The brunch skillet, dang. A friend of ours loves the salad. Quest Fundido. Bomb. I could go on and on.
