5 piece meal for 2 seems like a good deal, but one piece is really small; like half a wing. Even if you order by app, they don't prepare it; No, not when you check in at the drive thru, but until you are at the drive thru window. That's why it's so slow every time here.
They got our order wrong and it's not the first time. We ordered the 12 piece family meal that comes with two large sides and an additional small rice and beans. We chose fries and mashed potatoes for our sides. Instead, we received large fries, one large and one small rice & beans. Also, we asked for spicy chicken and I believe they gave us regular chicken because it was bland. The chicken was pale and dry. This location is either a hit or a miss with the speed of the drive thru. I've waited over 10 mins 1 time a couple months ago for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Either 2 the cars in front of me order alot or they are just so and food are made to order? I was in no rush, had no where to go.Couple days ago, wait time was average, the cashier dude was nice and professional.Food is always hot and fresh tho. Will be coming back. It's better than a few others I've gone to for sure.
