Wow, this place is precious! Atmosphere is so casual and cute and cozy, but the place is very spacious! The flavors are all so unique, some even limited edition! The caramel swirl was good, as was the roasted strawberry. You can smell the waffle cones from a block away! Located in an up and coming arts district that was a hub for hanging out and felt very safe even at night with just girls! Definitely would come back!
I'll be the first to admit that Tejuino is not a taste for everyone. You've gotta really love funky, tangy, salty, "You can't describe it" type of drinks to love Tejuino. If you ARE a fan of the beverage; however, this place does it the ABSOLUTE BEST, this side of the Mexican border. No joke. I will fight you on this assertion (not really, but, you know). Oh yeah! This place is pretty amazing! As they say in Mex, "Atonjitos"! The snacks here are delicious and fairly priced. The staff is chill and we supporting a mom and pops shop. Highly recommended and I'm definitely coming back for more.
