Food took a big hit as they no longer serve lengua. That was my go-to order. They had me IGNORING King Taco for a good while. The salsas are good. Green over Red. I'm not a fan of the cabeza or tripa. As far as the rest of the typical asada, pollo, al pastor, etc. It's consistently average to all other taco spots. Don't get it wrong. If they start serving lengua again, I'm running back.
I live in Central Oregon. i can't find a place that serves tripas. I haven't had tripas in a 4yrs time. Karina's makes them the way I like, my bro inlaw told me about it I'm going back we ordered from the Karina food truck restaurant was

Food flavor is always a 10/10 I just wish the place looked better and had AC. They definitely need to refurbish. If you are in a hurry, order ahead so the food could be ready at pick up. My drive is 10 minutes and its usually ready upon my arrival. Take Cash to avoid the credit card/debit card fee.
