I had heard raves about Kai Gourmet and discovered for myself that the hype was true. Once you eat their fish you will have a very hard time going anywhere else. The quality is heads and shoulders above anything available online or in a store. So fresh and full of flavor, and excellent customer service. I am excited to explore the entire catalogue beyond the fish we've purchased. I highly recommend this GEM of a company.
