I bought the Carmela the other day. It is smoky, with burnt Carmel, marshmallow taste and smell. This is not my type of whiskey. I like smoke but there was something that disagreed with me. So this line is not my cup of... whiskey. Looking forward to trying their Bourbon and will update my tasting experience. The R6 distillery reached out to me which shows they care about their product. That goes far with me.
R6 Distillery offers a cozy and dimly-lit atmosphere, perfect for special occasions. Visitors can enjoy a sampling of various cocktails, including the Smoky Hollow and bacon old-fashioned, as well as the tasty daiquiri. The rye mash is particularly incredible, with one customer even purchasing a case due to its exceptional quality.
