No marinated meats.El Segundo is mostly a Salt and Pepper Crowd so I get the choice, but dang... even the salsa was so mild I had to add hot sauce. ?Maybe add lots of flavor, spices, regional music and some smiling wait staff? And when you do let your neighbors know so we can come try it again!
