Delizioso I get the fettuccine pasta with the spicy marinara sauce, and I add broccoli and mushrooms.

Great food and great service. Only thing. I would say is that their special menu is covered by everything in the middle wine and etc. I would have loved to tried it but didn't see it since it was covered up.

Great service and friendly atmosphere. Pink sauce was amazing and will be my new go-to. Also, ask for the garlic olive oil to dip your bread in, it’s absolutely wonderful!

Took the family there for dinner. I had the chicken picatta. It came with a bucket of capers on top which really overpowered the dish. Daughter had cheese pizza and I was surprised she ate so much. She's usually a one or two and done. Son had the meatballs and spaghetti. He thought the meatballs were mmmm...ok. Service was slow. We waited quite some time for someone...anyone to take our order. Same thing for the check. Will explore other options next time.

When you think of classic Italian cuisine with a twist, Mama D's is right on the money. From the excellent service to the delicious food and the classic Italian ambiance with good ole Blue Eyes Frank Sinatra playing in the background and even the location, everything was great and our overall experience was superb. Friendly atmosphere to boot. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for the great memories.

Had a very nice experience at this restaurant. The food and portion size were good. It's a little bit more expensive than we typically do for the family, but it was a great treat. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I had to wait a little longer than promised but not a problem since the place was busy in person as well. The food was packed nicely too. The bread they serve is amazing and was nice and warm. They gave me a fresh piece to enjoy while waiting for my food. We will definitely go back and look forward to eating at the restaurant some time. They did have a nice outdoor patio in front of the restaurant. The city closed down the street to cars and the restaurants on the street were given seating. It is a nice thing especially since the weather isgood in El Segundo.

It literally took an hour for our food to come out. The tables next to us came after us, ate and left before our two pastas came out. We brought this uo to our waiter and the woman (who seemed like the manager/owner) and both of them didn't event apologize. They just kind of brushed it off. Additionally, their food wasn't even that great. Nothing memorable. They give you cookies at the end of the meal and they were unbearably stale. Oh and their drinks were overpriced. I believe it was almost $5 for the regular fountain sodas. Ridiculous! I don't plan in coming back. We regretted not going to the pizza spot across the street.

A nice cute little restaurant. The hostess was really nice as well as the manager. He gave us fresh delicious cookies. I'll definitely go back. Try the shrimp scampi! Delish!

The service made the night! Staying with friends in the area who recommended this spot and it was perfect. Food was great, we got two bottles of wine and appetizers and everything was spot on. The server recited the mission statement by request and was quick with the bread! Definitely understand why this seems to be a local cult favorite!

It's actually a lot harder to find good Italian food in the city, but Mama Ds hasn't disappointed me yet. I've been pleased each time I've eaten here. Food is full of flavor and great portion sizes. The bread is so so good and they aren't stingy. It has quickly become my go-to spot for Italian.

Tasty Lobster Rravioli and South Pacific SeaBass with garlic bread, stuffed mushrooms appetizer and ProseccoNo pictures, this time...Smaller venue...while not directly the fault of the restaurant, two separate families with unruly young children put a damper on our dining experience.People, consider others and control your children...teach them manners...don't allow them to run and play inside these facilities. Rude and inconsiderate!!!

Tonight we went to Mama Ds for the first time! We loved it. The food was delicious. More importantly the service was excellent! Jose was funny and we had a great conversation with him. My mom asked him what was good on the menu and he said that everything is good...and he was not exaggerating! Anton was also very nice! We will definitely go back! Thank you, Mama Ds!
