Lovely friendly and accommodating staff.

Music in the patio was way too loud and disruptive for working environment (we were there during a workday and the only guests). We asked the staff to make adjustments and the music system they’re on is incredibly limited. The music was already on the lowest volume setting they could select, and they could not directly adjust the music choices. Excellent coffee, my pour over was great and the baristas seemed hard working and very busy. I was there by 8:45 am, and stayed in the outdoor area until ten. Pleasant tunes on the outdoor speakers, jazz I think.

The Coffee here is awesome. All the rumors are true. These folks embody Customer service! I had the "Jacob's Wonderbar" and an Almond croissant. If you're looking for a unique coffee experience, pay Philz a visit. There is plenty of parking as well!
