They often mess up my order or are out of things and also there's also no power outlets to deter homeless. Ineffective as homeless simply swarm outside the building instead.
Went to this starbucks near my work site for some time now. They had a computer outage so our orders took longer than expected. So management gave each customers a complimentary gift card for inconvenience. Service is good to a couple of staff except this lady with a beanie and glasses, kinda rude, and unpleasant personality.

I sincerely hope someone from Starbucks corporate reads and addresses this because this Starbucks is the closest one to my WeWork office. Terrible experience today while getting a refill after sitting and working for over a couple hours in this Starbucks. The barista double checked the receipt on my cup almost ripping the sleeve that was stuck to the cup after I just got up from sitting about ten feet away in front of the bar because she claims transients have come in and gotten refills or something. She basically alluded to the idea that I might be a transient which is offensive. Most people do not check especially if I’ve been sitting in store where I can be seen and if they do ask to see the receipt they ask and I show them on the cup. I expressed that to her and she didn’t care that she was being offensive in my opinion especially with alluding to me being a name with negative intent so I asked to speak to her manager and a guy named David came up and we spoke. He was very combative instead of cooperative and the conversation got nastier and nastier. So nasty that I had to start video recording myself having this conversation with this guy who was treating me like I wasn’t even a customer. This guy David was not trying to understand from a customers perspective what the issue was and he only wanted to be combative. He’s very easy to recognize because he’s short and stumpy always wearing a beanie. Since they don’t mind alluding to customers being unwanted people through name calling like “transients”. Stumpy should be fired because he doesn’t know how to handle conflict resolution at all. I go to Starbucks everyday and Starbucks corporate can see that proof in my Starbucks account. I have never experienced this type of disrespect as a guest that decided to sit and enjoy my coffee in store. I have included the video in my post. I sincerely hope someone from Starbucks corporate reads and addresses this because this Starbucks is the closest one to my WeWork office.

This is a good location to wait for someone arriving at LAX. Only 15 minutes to the pickup after they land
