Extremely annoyed with this Starbucks. I ordered two Honey Citrus Mint Teas, and the barista had no idea how to make them. Instead of asking for help, she just canceled my order and refunded my money. Totally unprofessional and frustrating!

Went into Starbucks to grab some coffee beans and a drink, and Mikey was awesome. He helped me pick out the best beans – super knowledgeable and made it easy to choose. While we were chatting, he made my coffee, and before I even realized it, it was ready. Friendly, smooth, and just a really nice experience overall. Appreciate it, Mikey!
No eye contact from staff while asking for bathroom code even though I just purchased two items. Also, gave me wrong code for bathroom. Will not stop at this location again.
