Wonderful management at the counter, I tried the blended Mocha and it was so refreshing.. thanks team Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Walkable and near hotels and shopping.

The service here is absolutely atrocious. The staff are unwelcoming, indifferent, and downright unhelpful. On top of that, the prices are outrageous — shockingly high even for an airport. To make matters worse, they don’t even accept Coffee Bean gift cards, which is unacceptable for a store carrying the Coffee Bean brand. The fact that this place is allowed to operate in the international terminal is beyond me. For many tourists, this is their very first impression of America, and sadly, it’s an embarrassing one. This shop is a disgrace and a terrible reflection on the country

This is my favorite place to get coffee. The staff is friendly and a special shout out to Megan, Brian, and Samantha for their excellent service. I would add more names, but I just don't remember all the excellent baristas!

Please have mercy on yourselves and do not go in person for a coffee at this place. Waited in-person 35 min for 1 medium coffee still didn't get the coffee. Worst experience ever. One would think that in-person will be faster but nope. Do not miss your flight or important meeting to get a coffee from this place.

Got some delicious coffee for my partner and myself!

Coffee shop was very clean and a relaxing environment.
There was plenty of seating indoors, with some comfortable armchairs.
There was seating outside, but the chassis were tied to the tables, and not really suitable for us on our visit.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the Chai tasted like milk. I tried to explain how to make it and it just went over their heads. Wanted to enjoy this place with my kids but the customer service and drink just wasn't flavorful at all

Fast service! A lot of great options and the baristas move fast! Great spot for a quick coffee run.

Cozy and chill vibe at this coffee shop. The drinks were fantastic and the pastries matched that as well! Great place to relax and talk with family and friends. Parking lot can be a little tight when people are leaving or entering.

If you don't want ice, just reduce it by half. It's quite excessive.
