The ambiance was excellent. We sat outside. It was quiet and pleasant. The food was not so good. The ingredients were fresh, but the prep was subpar. I ordered the tune poke bowl. The tuna and edamame were delicious, but the black rice was swimming in an overly pungent sauce--both too sweet and too sour all at once. It was inedible. For $25, I was only able to consume half of what I ordered. It was a poor value. My dinner was not ruined due to the nice ambiance and good company....

True Food Kitchen offers truly delicious and healthy food and has options for vegans, vegetarians and carnivores alike. My ancient grains bowl with added shrimp had a great piquant flavor and was very substantial. Also love that the restaurant has a full bar.

I tried the Chicken Parmesan for the first time. Great flavor; I will definitely get that again. My husband had one of my favorites - the spaghetti squash casserole. However, for the first time I've ever experienced, he was told he could add a protein - he chose chicken! 🤯 He liked it, so now I'm going to have to try that next time. We each had an adult beverage - he a glass of wine, and I the watermelon mojito. We both enjoyed those as well. While I love TFK, we...
