Greeted and seated, after that, crickets. Not a busy Sunday night, plenty of tables open, but no acknowledgment from our server. Waited 10 minutes patiently and informed another worker that we were ready to order and still crickets. After a few minutes, we walked out and told the greeter. He said his apologies about the situation.

We recently returned to True Food Kitchen to have dinner a few times, and the experience, food and service have been excellent. This was especially the case on a recent dinner there. We were fortunate to have very personable and professional Devin as our server. He went above and beyond ensuring that our food and experience was top notch! We ordered several items which were all absolutely delicious, one of which was their wonderful french fries. I asked if we could get some mayo...

I had a fantastic takeout experience at True Food, thanks to Gillian. Managing food allergies can make ordering stressful, but she made the entire process easy and reassuring. Gillian took the time to ask the right questions, clearly explained ingredient options, and double-checked everything to make sure my allergies were accommodated safely. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about getting my order right.
