Had the nachos w/fries. Was pretty delicious.

I've now had the torta 3 times now, each time a different meat, and each time I've been satisfied. They do a great job with flavor, and you will not be disappointed. Tacos and wet burritos are also a good choice. Keep up the great work!

They need to pay more attention to customer service. The food is excellent.

A very good taqueria for typical Mexican fare. Burritos, quesadillas, and the like. They have some good salsas too. I'd recommend the mango pico, though it is a spicy salsa not a sweet mango. Call ahead to place your order, especially around lunch or dinner times.

This is the best spot in east bay (maybe even more) that we’ve had especially for the price. This is our first choice to go to. Tacos, burritos, etc all are too good! I prefer the chorizo burrito (can be very heavy sometimes) and partner prefers any of their tacos (especially steak or shrimp). Worst that can happen is too much good food for a low price.

they never answer their phone and when you try to order online, everything is apparently “out of stock”

Wow! These are the burritos that I remember from when they first opened! It is the same amount of rice, meat and beans and balances the sauces and cream and all the ingredients taste delicious to give a spectacular flavor! I went 10/26/24 for a regular carne asada burrito with pinto beans, please continue that same high quality of flavor and size! Very rich! 10/10 recommended it!!

Absolutely terrible at service. There was a time in America when people understood customer service but that day is over. Clearly they don't ever care to answer the phone... and I'm now complaining after this happening at least 15 times in 2 years. Pathetic and lazy. If you can't afford to hire more people then CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS DOWN! Ugh...

10.15.24 Update: NO MAS, NO MORE...
Customer Service still stinks. Gave me a chicken burrito instead of Chile Relleno. Apologized, but there IS NO consideration for the remake. Had to go back & forth twice & wait another 20 minutes for new burrito which they still stuck chicken in! Will not try again, burned too many times...NO! NO GAURANTEE OF CORRECT ORDER, NO COMPENSATION FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE! Done, No Mas!
PS- they sold my incorrect burrito with a bite gone to a customer for $3, who then wanted to fight another customer. Fun times...

Update: Bumed that the online order service through Google has ended it was VERY convenient to pre-order and pay online rather than call because often times I can't get through on the phone.
Place has pretty good size burritos- the wet burritos are huge, tasty tacos a little on the small side so would order extra (3) for those with an appetite. Their Jamaica drink was very tasty and really appreciated that they asked if I wanted ice or not, and the Large size was nice!
Update 5.30.22: Family members gotten sick twice about 8 months ago so we stopped making this our local go to. We tried again recently everything was good but no fermented cabbage with the 4 cheese pupusas we ordered which is a huge part of the experience so got a Salvadorian quesadia...?
Update 10.2022: We have been trying the place again & so far so good.
Also it was a fun, positive atmosphere- just when stopping in to pick up my order some good music came on and there was dancing and smiles in the kitchen:-)

Vegetarian options: The Chile Relleno wet burritos is one of my favorites. I prefer it without sourxrwqm.

They don't care bout there customers or door dash orders if they don't even put napkins or utensils or even chips with salsa if u literally put it in the damn comment section. If u guys can't even do something so simple then don't make a comment section if that's too harder for your workers. waste of time & money. Not eating here anymore .
